FirstRateFunding.net Website Launch
Recently First Rate Funding, a mortgage broker serving the Albany, NY Capital District area, contacted Engines of Creation to create a new web site for their company. There were a few key elements that First Rate Funding wanted in a new web site, as well as features that they did not have in their current site.
First Rate Funding was looking for a well organized web site with helpful information for their visitors, they wanted a visually appealing website that was clean but most importantly they wanted a web site that conveyed their personal approach to mortgage lending, and their commitment to excellence.
Engines of Creation met with owner Chris Falvey and First Rate Funding Sales Manger Ken Crichlow to discuss their goals, design ideas and focus for the web site. After several meetings and feedback on working design prototypes, EOC presented First Rate Funding with their ideal look and feel for their new website. EOC’s new design concept was to present a family oriented feel to the web site with imagery in the top headers of the site, while maintaining a clean professional look to the rest of the site.
Engines of Creation suggested the addition of a WordPress Blog to provide more useful content on the site. WordPress a popular Blogging platform, will allow the First Rate Funding staff to keep their Blog updated with mortgage industry news, mortgage tips and helpful articles, all of which could prove to be useful for visitors as well as help First Rate become known for quality content about the mortgage industry in the Albany area.
