How Does Support Time Work?
Our support is available a-la-cart, or discounted support hours are available in blocks starting at 10 hours, 25, 50, 75 and 100 hour blocks, purchased in advance. Time does not expire, and you may use it when you need it.
We’ll keep track of the hours, and you can easily call, email or submit a ticket to request work.
