We can help you register your domain; you always own your domain name and have all the account information. We do not hijack your domain like some website builders who lock your domain for 6 months.
How do I reach out if I need help or support?
Unlike a website builder, where you can only send in a ticket, or wait for a chat response. Engines of Creation provides phone support, ticket or chat, all with an expert located in the United States.
Can I update the website myself?
You can easily edit almost anything on your website, including adding new pages. We provide you with one-on-one training via "Zoom", and have help docs available. If you get stuck, just give us a call.
If you need regular updates or marketing support, consider adding our website care plan starting at only $65/mo.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer a traditional free trial, but we delay billing for 7 days while we onboard you as a new customer. You will be given access to any software and we will begin your website build.
What if I want to upgrade my plan?
You can easily upgrade anytime to a higher plan, just reach out to us or change your plan using our customer portal. If you are on an annual plan, this will extend your plan.
Will my website be search engine-friendly?
Yes, we build all our websites to be responsive, as well as include our SEO Essentials which includes: set up of Google Analytics, Google Search Console set up and sitemap submission and writing of basic meta tags for your website. These are the essentials of SEO for your website.
We offer Advanced SEO to improve rankings, build links and content as an add-on service. Please call us for pricing.
What type of integrations are available?
Because your website is WordPress-based, any integration that works with WP will generally work with your website. We do however restrict plugins that are security risks or cause performance issues.
Can you help with marketing?
We offer managed digital marketing packages for PPC, SEO, Email Marketing and Local SEO. Reach out to us for a free consultation (Chat, phone, or email).
Do you do custom website projects?
Yes, we are a full-service web design agency. Not all websites fit within our plans, for this reason we provide bespoke website design, website consulting, local SEO and website support services to municipalities, government, corporate and non-profits.
