Coronavirus (COVID-19): What We’re Doing to Prioritize Health and Keep Your Business Running

Like most employers, Engines of Creation is carefully monitoring the situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) and guidance issued by the CDC and New York State health authorities. We wanted to take a moment and reach out to you to make you aware of our preparations in light of the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

  • We have set up a new phone system that will allow us to never miss a call from you even if we have to work remotely and are not in the office.
  • Reached out to our web hosting partners to ensure that they have Coronavirus (COVID-19) preparedness plans in place to ensure websites hosted with Engines of Creation not only stay up and running, but also receive real time support if needed.
  • Purchased webinar software to ensure meetings can still be held with our employees and clients while minimizing any health risks.

Our hours will stay the same, when you call our office during normal business hours we will answer, and all of our support requests will still receive the level of attention they deserve. If you need to reach us or have any questions you can reach us by phone Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm at (518) 842-3242 or by email anytime (even weekends) at

As many of you monitor the situation and form your own contingency plans you may find the following links helpful: World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control and the New York State Department of Health.

We wish you best of health and safety as an extended member of our family during this unprecedented situation.

Warm Regards,
Dan & Paul
